Try your hand at professional organizing, cleaning, and junk removal with AHCOS. We'll show you the ropes when it comes to planning, envisioning, and executing a game plan for some of the toughest but overwhelmingly satisfying work you can do for your fellow communities here in the DMV. This ON-THE-JOB training will give you some of the most critical skills needed to be a talented Organizer, professional Cleaner, and/or skilled Junk Hauler.

Team Partner!
AHCOS is looking for a partner who currently possess organization skills or can develop theirs through ON-THE-JOB training. This person is neat, careful, and able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate must own their own vehicle, have great time management and communication skills often dealing with hoarding and/or OCD situations as well as be effective with the time scheduled.

 

Many cases include dealing with fragile and/or personal possessions of our amazing clients! The professional will work alongside with the Team Lead to determine household items that could either be kept, donated, recycled, or disposed of. We sort, group, and condense the size of stuff our clients possess in the most professional and respectful way. We take care of it all.

Desired Skills Include:
- Practical organizational qualities
- Is generally neat, clean, and careful

- Accurate time management
- Effective communication with team & clients
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Able to at least lift 50lbs.

Our partner will be provided with all the necessary supplies when working a case on the field. This includes a Team Lead, trash bags, donation bags, labeling materials, and others items to do their job effectively.

We aim to help individuals in their homes feel secure with enough space to move around safely. We find a home for each personal loved item so the client will easily find what they are looking for in a timely manner. This helps the client develop order in their often chaotic lives. We suggest tips and techniques to maintain an organized and safe home. Typically clients find our services very effective, worth the time, and are extremely grateful for the help!
